Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

We will provide the correct return address based on your location.
⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos or videos as proof
We will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
No return is required for damaged or defective items.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind:
- You may return the item within 30 days
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items not in original condition
- Gift cards or final sale items (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
